Hi, I'm Tomasz.
Software architect and engineer behind Sobesto Development, working with clients in the UK and the US.
I design and deliver software platforms for businesses where the data has to be right: multi-tenant financial systems, large legacy migrations, finance and telephony integrations, and AI assistants that work alongside real teams.
Most of my work is architecture and delivery: designing a platform's tenancy, data model, security and hosting, writing the decisions down, then leading the team that builds it, with daily check-ins and a decision log the business signs off. Recent projects include a six-portal multi-tenant financial platform, a migration of hundreds of thousands of invoices out of a decades-old system, and a legacy rebuild of a debt-portal application.
I don't draw a hard line between "developer" and "ops": if it's part of the system, it's my responsibility. Outside client work I run my own infrastructure at home, because I like knowing how every layer works. Sobesto Development is where I take on ambitious projects, and still build great websites for businesses that need one.
